    No it's not.  They are horrible and messy.    I cut two down yesterday that had sprouted on the rental property behind us and would eventually block our view.

    Kiev was the name of the capital that the Russians called it when Ukraine was part of the USSR. Kyiv is the name that Ukrainians call it, and ask others to use, as they are now (were until this invasion) independent of Russia
