  1. I drink plenty of water and fruit juices.
  2. Hi. My 10-year-old son met with an accident while cycling with his friends. I was around 6 months back. He was in a trauma after the accident. We admitted him to an accident rehabilitation center in Burlington.He was completely okay after that. I am worried about his physical health. He has put on weight. He has become very lazy and he stays at home all day. Recently, I came across a blog explains the importance of exercise in children and a few tips. I am planning to try them. Are there any other better suggestions?
