Again, the point.
The law says nothing about "unreasonable", only "mandatory"
Sellers are no longer allowed to add mandatory fees, there's no squabbling about what's too high. No lawyers, no courts.
If it really costs the dealer that much to have someone fill out a paper, add it to the advertised cost of the car. That car that used to be advertised for $30K, then had $4K in fees added, now is advertised for $34K. If another dealer can do paperwork for less, he can advertise his car for $33K. No surprises. When you buy a concert ticket, it's $140, not $100, oh then another $40 at checkout.
The law has zero impact on the costs a seller incurs to do business. The law only says they can't advertise one price, only to charge you a higher price when it's time to complete the sale.

Quite true. While it's common to see the larvae out in the open, but still loosely attached to their brood, I believe you've encountered one in the pupa stage. Once reaching the adult stage, they re-emerge and can quite often be spotted in the wild. Some will revert to larvae like dependencies, and can become parasitic if the host doesn't reject the attempts.

Oh, we've been "assured" they're clean now.
Friends bought a house in a new development right beside one of those sites. They were "almost finished" cleaning it up. Sat on the back porch drinking, watching guys a few hundred feet away working - in full hazmat suits. But they said we were safe
