They are trying to revamp. Opening The Wild Center, the observatory, and the new Rails to Trails. But yeah, it still very much has the look of a once and maybe still broken town.

I missed Baker St. They received an offer while I was touring it.

I did not take pictures because my phone's battery went from 48% to dead almost instantly. It's 6ºF. Phone no likey. Of the four only two are worthy of consideration. And 55 Baker still stands out. One in Tupper is done. Change the locks and move in, done. Older house but with a stripped to the studs renovation one year old. I hate the yard, and my sofa won't fit. It also has a rental unit over the garage. That's a plus. 55 Baker needs new paint. It has been spray foam insulated. Decent mechanicals, decent. appliances, a yard I don't hate, and everything fits. I will need to put some money in it to bring it up to where I would want it. A step up in value I'm looking at way more house than I want. Nicer locations, bigger houses, more upkeep, etc.
