Things I learned at work today

I didn't know about the protest march. Helicopters circling the area alerted a coworker out for a smoke that something was going on. Found out that a women's group is marching from NRA headquarters (about half a mile from here) to DC today. It's 17 miles, they're marching at Noon. There is a heat advisory with temps approaching 100 degrees. A cool front is coming in this afternoon and when cool air and hot humid air meet there are violent thunderstorms. Poor planning on somebody's part. 

At least they'll be gone when I get off work. Sometimes I take the back roads past the NRA building.

The NRA seems to be a group of crazy people, just about like the PETA people, but with guns.
