petitepedal ★ Posted June 17, 2019 Share #1 Posted June 17, 2019 I start PT on the 27th and also meet with my trainer..the PT guy will coordinate stuff my trainer will add for the rotator cuff...but I need to get back on some sort of regular schedule...and spend 3 mos rehabbing the shoulder....
