    Lately I've become addicted to caffeine I think. I drink a lot of coffee and have only been averaging about 5.5 to 6 hours a sleep a night. That's not enough. But I do know I've really been enjoying this Peet's Major Dickinison brew. Too much actually. Now I'm about to embark on a 10 hour road trip and you know there will be coffee. So long sleep. Basically I'm screwed.

    Well that day is here. We head out in the morning and will only be taking my phone. You peeps are going to get the silent treatment from me for about a week. I mean the visually impaired treatment. I'll post photos when I can.

    I have really been digging this purchase from Costco. Only problem is I think it's interfering with my sleep. 5 hours a day seems to be my new norm. But gosh darn it's good!

    Our cat was a special needs cat and was 19. We miss her dearly as she was our child. In fact, she would be on me right now as I type this. But this is the exact process we had to go through and my wife was reluctant to go anywhere -- something I totally understand. We are leaving for the Redwoods tomorrow in great part because we are free from the responsibilities. In my view, it's a trade off. We are once again free to come and go as we please and that's super great for about 4-6 weeks out of the year. But the daily life takes a hit. I miss her companionship.
