Oh yeah! My mother’s wiring and plumbing are both atrocious. Same deal, needs to be gutted, and I don’t think the area would support what that would add to the price.

Never wait until the end of the day to shut down the laptop when there are updates waiting. There is no way to tell how long they will take. Just like when Michael Bolton (the real one, not the no- talent ass clown ) installed the virus and it took forever while he sweated.

I think the market would really benefit from more liquidity. Eliminating the fixed realtor fee is one step but many more are needed. The death by fees is a big deterrent to me - title search, etc.
