Road Runner Posted November 12, 2021 Share #4 Posted November 12, 2021 I just today finished a gallon of regular pasteurized non-fat milk. The use-by date was Oct 26. The milk was still fine at 17 days past the use-by date. Recently, I have seen my milk last a lot longer than it used to. I wonder if the regular pasteurization methods have improved?
