The recipe recommends home cooked black beans instead of canned and raw corn from the cob. I used canned black beans (drained and rinsed) and I par-boiled the corn on the cob. You’ve got to like cilantro, though. Which I do. I brought it to dinner at SiL’s last night with avocado, but ate leftovers for brunch today without avocado and with a pan scrambled egg on top. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
