sheep_herder ★ Posted March 20 Share #1 Posted March 20 Did not realize he had died until today when reading a newsletter. That is what I get for not looking at all of my journals when they arrive. I am posting this since I was a member of the Colorado State University Plant Team mentioned in the caption with the photo. That was a wonderful trip from Fort Collins, CO, to Corpus Christi, TX. Steninger was located in Lakeview, OR., and was still there when I moved to Burns. I taught a class for Lamar at The University of Arizona while he was in Brazil. We kept up with each other over the years when attending meetings.
