I've got a pretty normal refrigerator with a freezer on top. I fit ten whole chickens and 20 lbs of salmon in there along with my usual stuff like chicken stock and I freeze my vegetable scraps. It's tight but it works.

Not well-intentioned at all. She said it's because they are busy. The manager is an idiot. She lost my taxes and threatened to evict me if I did not email copies to her. She booted my friend's car. She said it had been there two days. It was there two hours and had a guest parking sticker on the dash.

One of my co-workers gave me her notice. She lost her housing and is leaving the valley.

My housing problems continue. I told my current landlord I would not qualify for my apt and would move out at the end of April. I asked if anything else was available. Possibly, fill out an application, pay us and we will let you know. My rent would more than double and the fees would increase. I would have to pay another security deposit. Ok, I jump through the hoops. Last week I got an email saying Great news, availability! May 1. I say I'll take it. Nothing. I email again. Nothing. I call. Nothing. Finally, they call me and say I am not eligible. We have a policy in place that prevents us from transferring residents during our turn months of May and November. This means that in order to transfer you to another apartment, one would have needed to become available in April or June. Somebody who doesn't live here can move in, but I cannot because I am a current resident. I asked why she even told me to apply and why she sent me the great news email if I was not eligible. I got a stupid answer about the arbitrary policy, so I asked for a refund on my application fee.

More irony. The meeting was scheduled for today because she has the day off tomorrow.

She had the audacity to say I deserved a day off. And yet here I am waiting for you to arrive to a meeting you scheduled.

I rolled in right on time. Still in my ski kit. I took my helmet off. The person who scheduled the meeting on my day off was 7 minutes late. It could have been an email. We determined my team was doing things one way. Hers another. Mine was better so we will do it using my team's method going forward. There's an hour of skiing I missed out on.
