I generally have to have highlighted a section of text, and then the pop-up bubble for quote selection appears, and whatever I highlighted is then quoted. I don't have an Ianything to test it on, but this is the first I've heard of this. I read most posts on their site. How to reproduce it. How to get around it. Hwat version of the iPhone. What iOS?
