A little pinching workout

Grab each weight with your hands with your thumb on one side and your fingers on the other— essentially, pinching the plate. Hold the weights at your sides while maintaining full body tension and actively squeezing with your fingers for 20 to 30 seconds. You may feel yourself fatiguing much sooner than you think.Jul 5, 2022

I have yet to incorporate the weight and resistance training -- and I will need to after losing another 10-15 pounds.  I know once I start weight lifting then I won't lose much weight or certainly at a much slower pace.  I'll be replacing fat with muscle.  For me, the most important health benefit I can get is losing another 40 lbs. The sooner that happens the better.
