Many years back........Our neighbor wife put plastic out on the lawn. Many hours later our neighbor husband came home and tried to shoo the geese off the lawn.......

I never got the satisfaction of knowing the results, but there was a house up the road from me that had a lighthouse in the middle of the lawn. No rock garden or plants or anything, just a lighthouse, plopped in the middle of the lawn. 

I went to the Dollar Store and bought a shitload of little plastic boats. One morning, on my way to work, I stopped, tiptoed onto the lawn and put them all around the lighthouse.
