I have used athletic tape and KT tape. Never have shaved a whole leg. Just where the tape goes. I can tell you from experience that it hurts to take the hair off with the tape.

I like to support my cousins shop whenever possible. I went in this morning to have him order the rack I needed for my bike mobile ham radio program at Hamvention. Salsa doesn't have them in stock. Backordered till the middle of April. So I had to search online for someone who had what I needed. I found one in stock at Tree Fort Bikes in Ypsilanti, MI. I got the only one they had. Rack choices are limited for bikes with alternator dropouts.
