    She was positive this summer, reported negative this week, but we’ll see. Several Senate Judicial Committee members are positive. I think the ability to do a confirmation hearing before the election is now shot, but who know what will happen if a bunch of senators get voted out in November, will that impede their efforts? No doubt their determination will remain strong.

    For a forum that’s flooded with pro-Trump ads, it’s not surprising that any thread critical of him is locked or removed. I know the claim is that whatever google pushes is aired as an ad, but I know Biden is heavily outspending Trump these days on ads, so I do find it suspect there’s never been a single pro-Biden ad here. I’d not complain if no political ads were run here, but the constant blasting of Biden as intellectually incompetent to be President is too much, when most of us know the opposite to be true.

    We could. But it would take something we lack as a country, any sense of resolve or unity.

    I disagree. It would take six weeks of EVERYONE wearing a mask, social distancing, not going to bars or restaurants, maybe staying home all together. But it’s been done in many other countries. We just don’t have the political will to do it here.
