Last week my wife's uncle had a heart attack and fell into a coma. Tests for brain activity have not shown what we have hoped for. They are removing him from the vent at 3:00pm eastern today... We will be flying back to Pennsylvania this weekend. I just have no words for the sadness in the family right now. This man has been the pillar of the family, of his community, and a father figure to my wife. Please keep everyone involved in your prayers and thoughts. Thanks...

yeah, I have friends who say that, but they have lots of money to spend on parts. I had Campy Chorus on my Look. It was nice, but I actually like my SRAM a little better.

Actually, if you're talking about Dixie your map is off. This better is a better representation of "Dixie" as it show the actual location of the Mason-Dixon line. Of coure this is all crap as Dixie is more a state of mind than an actual location...

In large amounts, possibly, but think of the convenience if you an RW decide to have another kid. You can breast feed too!

Yup, I've been experimenting. I'm also using soy flour instead of grain flour. Less carbs, more protein. Also better mouth feel when used with the cauliflower.

Most of the recipes, like that one, use cheese in the crust as a binder. Most cheeses are high in sodium and sometimes fat (depending on the style of cheese). For health reasons, I've been trying to find ways to cut as much as possible. If I'm going to get the fat and sodium, I want it in the toppings where I get the taste benefit from it.
