BR46 Posted October 22, 2020 Share #1 Posted October 22, 2020 Had to make a new bushing to replace the one worn out. I was going to take it out to the garage and drill the old one out. Since it's raining outside I decided to repair it in the dinning room.
Longjohn ★ Posted October 22, 2020 Share #2 Posted October 22, 2020 It’s hard to find someone to make a bushing for you these days. It’ snot rocket surgery, back in the day most mechanics made their own. Now it’s mostly remove the whole assembly and buy a new one.

I own a lathe so I just went to the hardware store and grabbed a brass bushing that was close. It took about 5 minutes to turn it to size and about a hour of time tearing apart and reassembling the treadmill. Total cost was $3.88 Wo46 will be happy that she will be able to run tonight.
