I own a lathe so I just went to the hardware store and grabbed a brass bushing that was close. It took about 5 minutes to turn it to size and about a hour of time tearing apart and reassembling the treadmill. 

Total cost was $3.88

Wo46 will be happy that she will be able to run tonight.
