Yesterday we did some sled dog demos . Beretta and Shila are still tired this morning. also the grandpuppy Lily won best of show and best spirit awards at the Butler Blue homecoming. Blue will be having surgery and Lily is his stand in until he recovers. Karen is excited. When she went to Butler she was the editor of their newspaper and had an office next to the original Blue's. The first Blue spent lots of time with her in her office. She has wanted a bulldog ever since. Coming as a rescue from an Amish breeding operation Lily took a while to warm up to them but now Karen can do about anything with her. She was real excited for the Best Spirit and Best of Show awards.
