if I was in Texas, I wouldn't waste my time with the buffalo wings. Nobody really knows how to do them right. I'd be looking for a Mexican place or a BBQ joint

As I am in and have been in Texas for years untold, my intake of Mexican and BBQ is already at or above the Republic of Texas mandated levels.  However, wings consumption is a bit below reccomended level, so I am a bit concerned.  I do think we need to clear up the fact that Buffalo wings come from Buffalo, Texas and not some city in Yankeeland.
