    TIWD

Our new stove was delivered. Anxious to try the induction. WoW is very excited to play! I’m thinking we’ll put a stainless panel on the wall to give a more finished look.
  2. I catch myself saying things with less filter as I age. For the most part, that’s fine, but sometimes I hear the negative edge my dad had as the years passed. That’s not who I want to be. I would rather emulate the positive aspects as I go on.

    Started Rocky

But I’m tired. Maybe I’ll watch it tomorrow instead.
  4. I tend to get viewed as a sociopath because I can wait in the elevator or a checkout line without HAVING to have my phone out. Sometimes I just like to observe my surroundings and get inside my own head - often at the same time.
  5. Welcome back! The more it changes here, the more it stays the same.
  6. I just liked it for managing receipts and my photos for the most part. I could give clients a link to their photos for review. It worked pretty well. It was free when I worked there. I can’t remember the rate after I left, but I chose not to continue until I get more established with the photography down here.
  7. We were using Datto at my old employer. I liked it at the time. Did it go bad? Or just a pushy rep?
  8. And they are all smoking upwind on the patios of restaurants. My dad quit 40 years ago when we started giving him grandkids. He was going on a road trip to Cheyenne. Put his lighter and a pack of cigarettes under the driver’s seat just in case. He never had another cigarette. Fast forward 30 years and they were having a guy pickup all the old cars he kept along the fence when scrap prices were really high. After the guy had been gone for a couple hours, he realized his Zippo lighter was still under the seat. That was his only regret about quitting.
  9. Going to have to trust me on this. I don’t feel right sharing her photo without her permission.
  10. That’s a tougher choice than Wilma or Betty….
  11. I have a friend like that. Incredibly popular woman in our old town. Very pretty. Think curvy Jodi Foster. Her name popped up on my Strava as someone I may know. To this day, I am her only Strava follower. I asked her if it bothered her to only get kudos from me. She said she meant it to be private for her, but was ok that I was following. Just asked I not share with anyone else.
  12. We have a gas water heater, but routing a line to the kitchen was going to cost more than 2 induction stoves. Decision was made for us. Even replacing a few aluminum pans will be fine.
  13. From a photography perspective, larger can be harder to deal with than smaller. You need to be far more aware of how they are sitting in an outfit or pose than with smaller breasts. They can dominate a shot even when you don’t intend that. I know of at least one woman who had an enlargement who turned around to have a reduction after finding out how hard they were on her back.
  14. It was filmed before they discovered obsidian.
  15. Buying the induction stove tonight. Hope to have it by the weekend.
  16. If you get a cat in a bag once, you know why letting them out is a big deal!
  17. I remember using them in the drafting class I took. In hindsight, I wish I had continued. I enjoyed it, but I remember a class conflict.
  18. Maricopa is basically a bedroom community relative to the rest of the Valley. It was incorporated in 2003 and grew from a tiny rural village of 1600 to a population of 74,000 at latest count. Commercial development has not kept up with population growth.

    Jelly Beans

I don’t buy them, but if they are in the candy dish, I’m ok with it.
  20. We have a mix of everything local, regional chain, and national chain. One of the biggest challenges for mom and pops here is finding a space. This is still a pretty new town without a lot of old buildings with lower rent. A lot of our locals are using food trucks as a way to get started. A couple have added or moved to brick and mortar. One brick and mortar even added a food truck!
  21. I was just having a bit of fun at @dinneR’s expense.
  22. LBS owner told me of a guy who couldn’t get a tire to seat. He noticed the tire was mounted backwards and tried to warn him. He gave him some song and dance of why he was doing that. Decided he was beyond reason. Seated the tire and got him out of the store in less than a minute!
