Restaurants are only open for takeout. I would have taken this trip in September, but the big vacation with BuffCarla got moved to October so here I am. Heading out birdwatching in a bit. Saw some lifer birds for me yesterday. Red Knot, Eastern Towhee and Common Yellowthroat Warbler.

OC. Delaware still requires a 2 week quarantine for all out of state visitors.

Not to mention home - 500 miles northwest of here is gonna be 88 degrees and here in Maryland it’s only gonna be 62. The manager won’t probably help me on that. When life turns sour, make lemonade. Or something like that.

I’m not doing well with the quarantine. It’s kind of like stress eating. With me, it’s that when times are different, I throw out the excuses I have to be disciplined. I do that to myself every year at the holidays. This week is vacation, but then I have to start eating better and drinking less.

I may push the envelope a little with web surfing, but no one has ever said anything about it to me. Except my Dad. He couldn’t believe I found about 9/11 from the internet. While at work. IT is very concerned about employees stealing our IP or competing against us. We recently fired people for using company equipment and tools to compete against us. I can’t get on SWF anymore on the company computer. I haven’t bothered to put in a service request to have SWF reinstated.

She came with my daughter to the farmer’s market. No fireworks or anything. Even invited me and BuffCarla over for drinks. BuffCarla won’t go. She finds that very awkward. Anyone got any good ex stories?

I give them to BuffCarla when that happens. She always gets them open And yet not capable of opening a bottle of wine or brewing a pot of coffee.

I had eggs fried with bacon, and roasted red peppers.

Temps are forecast to be 15-20 warmer here in WNY next week than at the beach in Ocean City. But OC is supposed to be sunny and mid to upper 60s, so I’ll take it. I sit on the beach in a lawn chair, so 80s aren’t necessary, or even welcome.
