I discovered YouTube has more music available from Woodstock  that wasn’t in the movie. I knew some artists turned down the movie deal but I just thought if they turned it down they were not filmed. I’ve been listening to Woodstock ever since supper. Bringing back good times. Listen to Johnny Winter play this twelve string that he removed six strings. Who knew you could make a twelve string sound like that?

A cousin decided to go to Woodstock and tried to talk me into coming, but I had a 1969 summer job at a shipyard making 3x minimum wage and needed every cent I could save for the next year's college tuition.

I now wish I had taken the time off - that was a once in a lifetime experience.

As a chemist I bet you would have made a hell of a lot more than 3 x minimum wage, and you would have been the most popular guy at the festival, too.
