Popular Post Allen ★ Posted December 13, 2021 Popular Post Share #1 Posted December 13, 2021 Had the morning to myself. Watched some fog tornadoes until I got cold. Started a fire in the pit. Shot a chunk of mistletoe out an oak that my sister wants for her wreaths. And then Cicero fell asleep on my foot. 9
Airehead Posted December 13, 2021 Share #2 Posted December 13, 2021 what a fabulous way to start the week. We have to use a canoe to gather the mistletoe after shooting it down or some years waders. At our place it seems to grow in the tidal wetlands so at some points the area is higher in water or almost dry.
Airehead Posted December 13, 2021 Share #3 Posted December 13, 2021 And actually if the tide is high and the canoes are out, we do not shoot. We canoe out and use really long loppers.

Airehead Posted December 13, 2021 Share #5 Posted December 13, 2021 Cicero is beautiful. Shooting at people in canoes would be dangerous. 1

Bascially a Springfield 1903 chambered in 22 I think I will have to settle for a Savage MK II with the peep sights and the heavy barrel
