The interesting fact is that in 1945 the owner of the Billy Goat Tavern is the one who put the famous curse on the Chicago Cubs. The owner took his billy goat the Wrigley Field and was told to leave when other fans complained about the goat. He cursed the Cubs for kicking him and his goat out. His son returned in the 70's with another billy goat in attempt to remove the curse but the Cubs still didn't win a World Series until 2016.
