donkpow Posted March 24, 2019 Author Share #7 Posted March 24, 2019 As I was riding home from the bike shoppe, I got buzzed by a car on a four lane road. While contemplating the consequences of an accident, I considered the impact on a personal injury trial. "Observe, your honor. Every time he hits the road on a bicycle he is searching for victims from whom he can extract a sizable sum of money so to increase the size of his nest egg. Deplorable."
maddmaxx ★ Posted March 27, 2019 Share #8 Posted March 27, 2019 I like my basic Park Tools stand but I suspect yours folds up smaller.

I lost a of blood on the Park Tool stand when I was helping out down at the co-op. I couldn't seem to avoid getting pinched when I clamped a bike in place. That was the main reason for avoiding the Park Tool home mechanic stands. P.S. The box says the stand weighs 12.6 pounds.

donkpow Posted April 3, 2019 Author Share #11 Posted April 3, 2019 I'd like to get it fully kitted before I post. It should be within the next week. I've been riding it and getting a feel for the ride but it is set up for touring. I need something I can ride more easily in the city. Stop and go, jump and go, on and off trails, etc.
