Slow and steady..cancelled my trainer session..hey we can't do a full workout...why pay the $$$. Also, he wants me to heal..so he can kick my azz one day in the future...added another exercise and a couple of stretches..Sounds like he feels I am moving in the right direction. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
