Ralphie Posted January 24, 2020 Share #1 Posted January 24, 2020 So far I've tested with carrot, daikon, and cucumber. So this weekend I will try a recipe. The cucumber was my favourite, it spiralized much more nicely than I expected. Seems like it would really soak up a sauce or dressing that way. MoseySusan Posted February 1, 2020 Share #6 Posted February 1, 2020 That looks delicious! Spiralize zucchini, salt and let sit on paper towels for an hour, dry them off, then heat for only a minute of two in garlic/spice infused olive oil.
