Popular Post Parsnip Totin Jack ★ Posted July 3, 2020 Popular Post Share #1 Posted July 3, 2020 Costco run after work. 10+lb beef brisket. Flat cut. You get what you get. Two large racks of pork spareribs. They will be smoked on Saturday with some red oak and hickory. I will make some creamy slaw with the cabbage I picked up at the farmers market. I can’t wait. 5

Wo7 is picky, she likes pecan, won’t eat much else. I have yet to make a lemon meringue or key lime. I think either would be better with smoked meat. Apple is right for July 4 though.

Parsnip Totin Jack ★ Posted July 3, 2020 Author Share #9 Posted July 3, 2020 Pies are set. I just measured 2 1/2 cups flour and 1/2 tsp salt into a mason jar for the crusts. Store in fridge overnight to chill. I’ll make crusts tomorrow; pies on Saturday. Apple, pecan and lemon meringue (with limoncello). I wasn’t going to make pie but @Aireheadmade me. 1
