60 pounds

During tonight's  trainer session..I did a squat with a 60 pound kettlebell....1  then we went to a more reasonable weight..35 :cheerleader: Because I am having shoulder issues..we pretty much worked legs and abs..

Now that the PT folks are back at work..we have been working out in a loft..I thought he was gonna have to carry me down the steps :lol:
