Actually, I thought it was funny and certainly original.  My only problem was it killed my original thread where, believe it or not, I was hoping to get some real insight into the prevalence of identity theft among us ordinary folks.  But this is probably too small a group to do that.  I was just a bit flabbergasted that my friend, who is a pretty smart guy financially, somehow experienced it.
