  1. No, I just think a GTI engine swap is needed.

    Cancer sucks

Cancer, does indeed suck. I'm very sorry.
  3. Petite and I drank together once. We will have to do it again. (though not at this immediate moment, I have the hiccups)
  4. 4.2 miles on the treadmill, plus the basic dumbell workout I started adding this week.
  5. One can't completely guarantee anything. However, good practice is like escaping a bear. In most cases, you don't have to be the fastest, you just need to not be among the slowest. It's possible to also research your password service, find out their policy on handling security breaches, and their history. If you don't wish to use an online service, a free, Open-Source program like KeePass will do the job on your local computer, but I'd strongly recommend having a backup so you have more than one copy of your encrypted password database. I've done this in the past, but I need wider access to my
  6. Well, to start with, the article is likely outdated. An eight-character password, with all its permutations (letters, numbers, capitals, special characters) can now be cracked by a system running multiple high-end graphics cards (which are incredibly skilled at this kind of computation) in under 24 hours. That's a brute-force crack, running the gamut of options. What matters most is length. For that reason, a passphrase is better than a password. Example that I use regularly: tobeornottobethatisthequestion While this is all dictionary words, the length makes it signif
  7. Saying "I'm sorry" just doesn't convey. I will pray for you and your family.
  8. I rarely go sockless. I find my feet get cold easily (probably a circulation with long limbs thing; my hands are similar when it gets cold). During the winter, I wear socks to bed because my feet don't stay warm. Only go sockless when I'm wearing Birkenstocks. And then I have to sunblock my feet, like the rest of my Euro-pale skin.
  9. Exactly why I'm not watching. Jeopardy! is supposed to be about facts. Having Dr. Oz host it is an antithesis to that premise.
  10. There is only one appropriate response to this thread.
  11. I'm not watching Jeopardy. It stopped being a real show when they invited Dr. Oz as a guest host.
  12. Hey, piss on y'all, I'm workin' for Mel Brooks!
  13. Scallops. Sauteed with butter in a cast iron skillet. Wrapped in bacon. Add a side of filet mignon or a lobster tail, and...
  14. The model-year CR-Vs you've noted are ones that don't use the 1.5L turbo engine. These have great reliability, and I could recommend them wholeheartedly. Starting 2017, all CR-Vs except the base LX used the 1.5L turbo (the LX used the more reliable 2.0L i-VTEC). The key if you want one that you can drive until the wheels fall off is choosing the right engine. Prior to 2017, the 2.0L was standard across the line. Trust me, I love Hondas. Up until my current car, the last four cars I've owned have been Honda or Acura, I'm a big fan. However, there have been some cracks in the reliabil
