My timing is just a little earlier, but I typically leave the house ~90 minutes after I get out of bed. The only thing I do the night before (if I remember) is set out work clothes the next day, so I can find them without turning the lights on (if my wife's still asleep). On a normal morning I get out of bed, empty the dishwasher, make a pot of coffee, get the paper, put out trash/recycling (if it's that kind of morning), shower, eat breakfast, make lunch, get the rabbit a snack and say goodbye to the kids who are usually still in bed. And if there's a load of laundry in the dryer (as was the case this morning) I'll fold that too.
