What is your teacher's name? I want to do a little research I would be careful about going from rounding to arching.... there are more subtle adjustments that should be in-between those two

I think you would make a good Yoga teacher! Find the right teacher and you can definitely prove the bugger wrong!

I'm happy to answer any questions you have! Yin yoga is great as long as you have an experience teacher and you let them know about any injuries you have. I teach mindfulness meditation in my yin class which makes it hugely beneficial mentally as well as physically.

Aww, I love you people! and I love yoga humor, there is some really funny stuff out there, and when I have time I will post some. I have a full yoga weekend schedule teaching teacher training, so will be busy. Today I teach from 10 - 5:30, I will not be able to speak when I get home!

Sweet Saidah apparently they heard her yelp, went to see and she was dead Actually F told me about it - she showed him the pic and was upset because I was on their boat. She keeps telling him that he puts his kids before her (which I would hope any parent would) and she is competing with me She told him she was going to call me - well she hasn't - all she has done is leave a stupid comment that doesn't make sense at all. Not sure if I should respond and ask what she means or just ignore it.

You remember Saidah? the sweet English Pointer who would just come and lean against you after she had destroyed every cushion in the house and chewed up the lawnmower trying to get a mouse The ex's gf is her own worst enemy - she's insanely jealous and started stalking my instagram and fb and left a comment on an instagram pic that was taken on the ex's boat when my son took me out for a sail. she should get together with CA guy. I just don't get how people waste their lives and energy. You would think they would both move on with their lives. I did not read the post cards, had my housemate read them just incase there was some threat or something, but she just said he is definitely unstable!

In the past month or so, my son has lost a friend, my daughter has lost a friend, I have lost a friend, my son's friend lost an almost full term baby, we have lost a family dog and then on top of that, on my return from CA there are four post cards waiting for me from that CA stalker and now my ex husband's gf is stalking me and sending me messages on instagram. WTF is happening?

Not often, but sometimes it just makes me feel better - in a way it's like a big sigh of relief.

They find mechanical issue on the plane after they have loaded everyone on. 3 hrs later a new plane - flying is no fun. The airline - Jet Blue apologized and offered us $50 towards our next fight to be used in 12mths. My time is more valuable than $50 plus I'm going to be late for the conference this evening

If it's a service do they (as far as I know) have to wear something indicating that they are. There are grocery stores around here that post signs that only service dogs are allowed in. I leave Nix in the car, and if it's hot, I leave the car running or leave her tied up outside the store.

I worry about my kids - the numbers are just crazy for the little town they went to school and grew up in. My son is not yet 30 and has lost 10% of his senior class!

I was trying to keep that quiet and one of my teachers who submitted it to the magazine and my daughter made sure that it was plastered all over Facebook much to my embarrassment! A hero would be a person who goes into a fire to rescue etc. I just did what anyone else in my place would have done and used my email list to this advantage.
