Wow, that's a heavy ceramic screw!.  I got two screws inserted into my upper arm bone, each of which had holes at the top for 6 nylon threads,  The doc used 10 blue threads total, each with six knots and anchored my shoulder tendon (supraspinatus) farther down my arm and over a bigger area to make it stronger than before.

I hope you didn't pay much for that.

Home Depot, 10 for three dollars.

CONFAST 50 Pack Nylon Self-Drilling Drywall/Hollow-Wall Anchor Kit with Screws, (25 Anchors+25 Screws) Includes #8 Anchors with Screws: Amazon.com: Industrial & Scientific

I asked him about using wall anchors after my first surgery...I didn't see a breakdown on parts..but the sling was $185  I am sure the wall anchors cost the same to make for home depot or the medical world...but mine cost more installed :P
