10 on the bike, still slow but faster than the last two days.  This was my first ride on the gravel Airline Trail in almost a year.  The day began with a 2 mile walk.  I think the 10 was a bit of an over reach for my 3rd day back.  I was really struggling when I got back to the trail head.

It's like preseason camp and two a days.  It hurts like hell but you get back into shape eventually.
