Popular Post late Posted April 28, 2019 Popular Post Share #1 Posted April 28, 2019 That was my first real bike ride of the year. We rode out to Cumberland, next town over. There is a sandwich/baked goods place there, and I was planning to stop and split a coffee and a goodie. Closed on Sunday. Still, I proved to myself that I can ride. With help, of course. 8

In a week or two, I plan on riding my bike into Portland, to TJs and Whole Paycheck. It would be amazing if I can keep this going. There is a ride I've been doing for over 20 years, off an on. You start in Bath, and ride down the peninsula to Fort Popham. In absolute terms, it's not hard, but there is a fair amount of rolling countryside. I'm going to guess and say it's ten miles each way. I hope to do that in June. There is a seafood place next to the fort. We usually have lunch there. Your experience helped me come to a decision about getting this, thanks. 2
