Perhaps just drink it for your meal then? Seriously. If you have to slop that stuff all over your meal to food to eat it, consider having something else. I realize I sound bitchy and stuff, but....seriously. I'm hardly a bastion of healthy eating, but I'd rather go hungry than choke down something that's been all gravied up. <retch>
