We try to get out for a nice dinner, but haven't done anything lavish. Just celebrated 25 married (Feb), 30 together (last Fall). Maybe once Hellion is off to university, we will take a vacation or something, but we're not what you would call "party people."

Milk is tasty and I love a number of dairy products. I just like my cereal crunchy (on the rare occasion when I eat it). I will toss some granola in yogurt though. That's close, right?

You're silly, RG. Just think of it as more gravy for you! Keep in mind I don't put milk in my cereal, either.

Perhaps just drink it for your meal then? Seriously. If you have to slop that stuff all over your meal to food to eat it, consider having something else. I realize I sound bitchy and stuff, but....seriously. I'm hardly a bastion of healthy eating, but I'd rather go hungry than choke down something that's been all gravied up. <retch> Ultimately, man, if you like it, do it. Rock on. Just don't make me watch.

Hardly. We like to actually taste the food and I've got some pretty mad skillz when it comes to whipping up a holiday feast. If you don't cook the turkey until it tastes like sawdust, there's no need to cover it in melted fat, flour and spices.

Maybe I don't want to be reintroduced into a society that puts gravy on everything. 'Hip and I will chill out eating tasty lettuce wraps and free-range beef from cows whose names we know. I'll even bring The Vaginator so she can swing her leg over for old times' sake. <3

Because gravy is disgusting. I am, however, a fan of whipping up some cream (for the appropriate use, of course).
