Not my thing for sure, but my grandmother sure loved it. She spent the last decade of her life in a long term care facility, not remembering any of our names, but she never lost her love of candy corn. The nurses kept lecturing us that it wasn't good for her, but we smuggled it in for her anyway. Why take away the one thing that gave her joy?

I'm watching the Ken Burns documentary series on PBS. Good stuff.

That would be my guess. When I went through that a few years ago, they scheduled me for two consecutive days to do everything, but as it turned out, they managed to get it all done in one visit. In they end, they told me I wasn't likely to die soon.

I was fine with the ending. They had to wrap it and put a bow on it at some point, and I think they did a good job.

I'm hoping my next move is my last. That will be when they take me out feet first.

Nice. The Studebaker Museum is definitely on my list. I have been to the Auburn Cord Duesenberg museum which is a worthwhile stop if you ever get stranded in Auburn In.

They may not have totally replaced duct tape, but they certainly have a place of honour on every handyman's (oops, handyperson's) work bench.

Usually, yes, but thanks to Sturmey Archer and the S3X hub, there is a three speed option.

Another one gone. This time it's my 3 speed fixie. Hated to see it go, but I don't ride it enough to justify the space it takes.

This morning I was out with my riding buddies. This afternoon, I finished up a bike build. Tonight, I hope to sell a bike. Got a guy coming to look at it later this evening. Tomorrow is a work day, Sunday, the guy I just built the bike for is coming to pick it up and we will go for a ride together to give it a proper shakedown -
Same company, same hole in the wall, different bus, from the other end. So I'm guessing they do it all the time.

Rainy day here. Just as well, got a wheel set to build and a bike build to finish up when the parts arrive.
