I’ve been down in Dallas area for work this week. Got to meet up with @jsharr for lunch. His choice of Fernando’s was en pointe! While there, I saw Tom Hanks having lunch with some sketchy guy so I had to get a photo. Had a great visit. I look forward to having a more relaxed visit next time, or return the favor if he comes my way!

I don’t use snooze because it’s too early to do math and remember how much time I have left. Sometimes dreams and reality blend at that time of morning and I don’t trust my subconscious.

Green is the color that registers the least with my color deficiency (I hate the term color blindness). It only registers as green if it’s very bold green. I have a couple green shirts. My eyes shift from green to hazel according to family and friends. I don’t know what that means. There was a green on very early Hot Wheels Camaros that was kind of cool, too. And you can never argue with BRG!

I found Target’s Goodfellas stretch jeans for men. They’re very comfortable, but sizing is very inconsistent. I like Duluth Trading Ballroom jeans, too.

Got a few days of work helping convert an office from a company we acquired to our network. @jsharrand I weren’t able to meet today. Hoping to Thursday before I fly out.

Builder grade stainless steel. When it comes time to remodel it (hopefully soon), quartz granite is an appealing option. Does anyone with one have issue with hard water deposits? It’s an issue here. -

Mine would be higher without the gridlock that we have entering and leaving Maricopa with the current construction. It should make things better in the near future, but pretty horrible at the moment.

I’ll probably skip lunch or just have a snack. The 2 hour time shift will make dinner time early. I will be at the mercy of whoever is driving for where we eat tonight.

Baked some frozen cinnamon rolls and made some coffee. Drank it out of a matching mug! Heading to the airport in about 45 minutes. Between Spring Break and Spring Training, I have a feeling it’s going to be a little nuts there!

Do noise cancellation headphones make you feel nauseous?

I have some Shokz bone induction units I like them a lot when walking and running so I’m still aware of my surroundings. I’ve used the wired earbuds that came with my iPhones and they never stay in my ears that well. I have some with an over-the-ear hook. They stayed in better but too much noise isolation for safe running. We sold Bose noise canceling at my old store. It was quite effective when I tested a pair. If I had stayed there I must have bought a pair for mowing the lawn. I could see them being a nice option to tune out the street and house noises when I want to listen to music.
