The tree we cut down, soon to be decorated.

Mostly to talk cycling which doesn't happen much. So I think I throw snowballs at Ralph instead. Taking a break is always good. But don't leave. I still miss FSOG and Baron or Thaddeus. We used to trade goofy gifts.

I hope I never think watching tv is more fun than spending time outside. Get after it. The guy in the video doesn't look like he's freezing his butt off. He's smiling.

You might enjoy the Blue Zones Kitchen. All vegetarian recipes. He has studied areas of the world where people live to 100. These people do eat some meat and drink red wine, but the book only has vegetarian recipes. I just picked it up from the library on Friday.

Apple cider vinegar works for me. A couple of tbs mixed with honey and some water. Down the hatch. As many times as you can take it. Then lots of fluids. Good luck.

I walked downtown to do some shopping. The stores were hopping. Kids were lined up to see Santa on the town square. Town Square live Santa is in the building to the right of the antler arch.

I like your solution. And that crab thing looks delicious. I wish I could eat crab. My pictures are on the floor leaning against the wall where I intend to hang them...eventually.

That sounds insanely good. Shortbread is the best form of cookie made. -
That's cool. My taste buds are not that sensitive and I can miss the nuance or depth of flavors. Adding just a few drops of water can bring out the sweetness sometimes. I try to avoid ice as it can water it down.
