I was thinking about this this morning as I was taking a bath in my old claw foot tub! I took my first shower when I was 18 we only had bath tubs ? I shower every other day unless I have been sweating - better for my skin!

I'm at my brother's in FL and intended to sleep in the entire 6 mornings here - well morning two - still cannot sleep in! But I have to say, it's fantastic to be sitting outside drinking coffee in shorts and a tank top!!

46 Million turkeys are slaughtered for TG alone! How wonderful would it be for all beings to be happy and free on TG? Then I would be truly grateful! We don't have to keep doing something because it's "tradition". Not all old ideas are good ideas...

I'm spread too thin and realizing I cannot do everything when it comes to running the studio and a teacher training! I think bartering for the most part is the way to go... found someone to clean who otherwise could not afford classes - I wish I could afford a manager!

This enrages me It also enrages me when yoga teachers take on clients with issues that they really do not have the proper training or knowledge to handle. I have handed many a private client over to other teachers with more experience with the particular issue. Yoga is mean to serve and heal, but it can very well hurt! Be careful out there on your yoga mats people!

"Had a search for her professional qualifications but failed to find anything." this is my concern! She may be a sexual predator as well as be teaching something she is not qualified to! I would encourage you to find someone qualified. Perhaps look for an Iyengar studio

The only Lesley Cochrane I can find is a Zumba teacher! Where do you take her classes? Just have you best interest at heart here!
