It was pouring rain all day, if it had been nice it might have been the lake. The new owner isn’t afraid to spend money. They bought a bunch of new toys and moved a bunch of stuff around. I had a hard time finding my favorite ab machine. I finally spotted where they moved it when I was just about finished my workout. They have a new motorless treadmill that is wild. I held back on everything this morning but I can see some wild workouts in my future. I discovered swimming works your abs, who knew?
