Shift cable housing seems worn, but that may just be the light.  Also seems kinked a few inches from the shifter.

That is one.   I just push it back, so I see no problem with this.

Winner.,  My housing is worn down to the metal in spots.  Need new Dagwire cables.

There is one more glaring problem.  Maybe not even on the bike.  LOL

True. I've wrapped electrical tape in spots to prevent this. These work decently too, from Jagqwire. I got several w/ my cable kit.
