I’d go with the second one. In the first, all could be misconstrued for fully, as commonly used in sentences like These apples are all juicy. Even though psychopaths is a noun and all is adverbial meaning how many, the second option eliminates any potential misunderstanding by placing ALL directly modifying astronauts. But, I’m not going to revise my initial wording. I cannot claim to speak for ALL astronauts. I refer only to those I’m familiar with, and they’re quite upstanding fellows.
