    I have been summoned, but wrote them a really nice letter about how I was essential at work and they said ok, so I didn’t even have to go downtown. I don’t remember, but I doubt it was federal.

    That’s changed as of this fall, they can ONLY be delivered electronically now. My wife had eye surgery recently, her Percocet didn’t go through electronically the first time, the surgeon had to resend them electronically, she couldn’t give us a printed Rx.

    I’m still going to the office (my boss started a two week stint at home this week, my turn will be when he comes back), but almost all meetings are now by Teams video conferencing. We try real hard to never have 5 or more people in a room, and have everyone sit in an opposing corner when we do meet (our conference rooms are small).

    I will be, soon. I have been drinking that to preserve my liquor supplies. I’ll get some beer tomorrow. But it’s a never ending shuffle. I should plant some pot seeds this spring, who knows what desperate times will call for before this is over. Where are our home growers?

    Maybe it’s just a matter of semantics. If we agree that it’s a flu-like syndrome that no-one is immune to, we have no vaccine for, that spreads very easily, and kills somewhere in the 2% range when hospitals aren’t overrun, sure it’s just like the flu that everyone has at least partial immunity to and kills substantially fewer people each year. What we have here is just a failure to communicate. *I don’t need your civil war.

    I met someone who does 2 boxes of that a day, multiple days a week. I don’t think sinus congestion is his main problem anymore.
