Let her know that you are under a time constraint today and that if she doesn't reach the turn around point by a specific time, she need to turn around at that point and head back. You and the others will be able to pick her up on the return. In fact, I wouldn't single her out, just make an announcement to the whole group.

... some bottle cages, and the new/old beast is ready to go! This one is going to be set up for on/off road touring. It's a 1989 Schwinn Paramount Pro Aluminum MTB frame (a one year production frame). I went retro with the build and set it up as a 3x8. I'll change the tires to something with a little more tread before going too far off road.
