Some guy was getting close to logging 10000 different species of birds. Kept track of his birds on eBird. Then out of the blue some twat says he's close too. No eBird account or online record. the same day the first guy logs his 10000th bird species the new guy says he saw his earlier that day. you cant make this stuff up.
