About the same as yesterday.  That is what I was shooting for.  I emailed my coach, he said no more than 3 and stop if it hurt.  Tomorrow I will try the stair master.  Tomorrow night we have a phone call to discuss slowly ramping up my workouts again.

I want to go back to crossfit, he's really against crossfit in general.  That is not what hurt my knee, running 10 miles before I was ready is what hurt it.
